Materials and Commissioning Process
At EmotaArts, I only use the highest quality materials for your commissions:
- Works carried out on high quality Canson paper with a weight of 120 mm/310 mm thick.
- I use professional pencils and colors, such as Gioconda, Faber Castell and Goya, which guarantee exceptional durability in your works of art.
- Works done on canvas or board. I use high quality Vangoh brand oils.
How to Order Your Project
The ordering process is simple:
1. Choose the type, medium and format of work.
2. Send an email to info@emotaarts.es with your request, attaching a photograph of the work to be done.
3. Once your request has been received, I will contact you to give you a price, answer any questions, and continue coordinating anything that is missing.
4. You will receive a document with all the detailed aspects of the order placed that you must sign and send to info@emotaarts.es
5. Once you have received the confirmation and acceptance document for the job, you must begin the payment stage.
6. Before starting work, you will receive sketches of the work to be done (composition) so that you can assess the final result.
7. Once the previous phases have been completed, I will begin to execute your work.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING METHODS:
Once the work has been confirmed for the order to become effective:
1. DOWN PAYMENT: Pay 60% of the work to deposit the job and thus be able to begin your order.
2. REMAINING BALANCE: Upon completion of the work, you will receive photographs of the finished work and will pay the remaining 40% plus packaging and shipping costs to complete the payment (I will send you the corresponding invoices proving such expenses).
3. SHIPPING: Once payment has been confirmed, we coordinate the shipping. This is done by courier service with tracking throughout its journey using the Track & Trace system.
EXECUTION AND DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery time is coordinated before starting work and is established in the work execution document. This will depend on the chosen technique, the size and complexity of the order and the demand that exists at that time.
Delivery Conditions
- All works will be protected with varnishes and fixative sprays to preserve the materials.
- I send the works in packages/boxes/envelopes/rigid cardboard tubes, protected by tracing paper and acetate, inside bubble envelopes to guarantee delivery in perfect condition.
